What We Believe

NeedSharing.org is founded by Christians (followers of Jesus Christ in word and action) and is inspired by the examples and teachings of Jesus Christ. We do all things to glorify God and become a light to the world of the hope of salvation anyone can have in Jesus Christ, the Son of God!

All of us at NeedSharing.org are confident of the following truths:

1. The Holy Bible is the true and inspired Word of God.

2. God created the universe and everything in it in 6 literal days.

3. Adam and Eve, the first man and woman, disobeyed God and brought sin and death into the world.

4. God destroyed the earth in a world wide flood saving only Noah and his family.

5. God promised to Abraham, the father of the Jewish nation, that through Abraham all the nations of the world would be blessed.

6. The Jewish nation was given the 10 commandments of God by Moses who received them from God.

7. The Jewish nation fell away from God and his commandments many times throughout their history.

11. When Jesus Christ was an adult He performed many wonderful miracles like healing the blind and sick as well as raising people from the dead.

12. Jesus Christ taught how to live in a way that would please God by following His example and obeying His commands.

13. Jesus Christ was pure and without sin. He was falsely arrested and crucified (killed) by the holy Jewish people of the time, as Jesus Christ had foretold earlier in His life.

14. On the third day after Jesus Christs death He rose from the dead and appeared to many people, including His disciples (followers of Jesus Christ).

15. After spending many days with His disciples Jesus Christ ascended into Heaven never to die again and is still there today. He became the perfect sacrifice for our sins and only through Him can anyone ever be saved.

16. Jesus Christ is coming back again to judge the world and those who are followers of Him will be saved forever. Those who are not followers of Jesus Christ will be condemned to die forever.

Jesus Christ has called all who want to become His followers to learn about His life, sacrifice and love (become a disciple), be submersed in water (baptized) in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit for the remission of your sins receiving the Holy Spirit, and then to lay down your life and follow Him (obey His commands).
